We invest in rural land used primarily for timber investing, hunting, recreation, and homesteading. We also buy urban infill land and navigate through the entitlement and zoning process to get the land ready for development.

We have purchased hundreds of properties in the last decade ranging from a quarter acre to 472 acres in size from Vermont to Utah (but mainly in Tennessee).
