Green Light Land is a family-owned real estate company that specializes in buying vacant land. Some people put their money in the stock market, we put our money in the earth. We buy dirt.
We invest in rural land used primarily for timber investing, hunting, recreation, and homesteading. We also buy urban infill land and navigate through the entitlement and zoning process to get the land ready for development.
We have purchased hundreds of properties in the last decade ranging from a quarter acre to 472 acres in size from Vermont to Utah (but mainly in Tennessee). We will be honest with you, communicate with you every step of the way, and utilize trusted local title companies, attorneys, and surveyors to complete the purchase.
